Ready-Made Jewellery: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if they are:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition with all tags, invoices, and certificates intact

Custom or Personalized Orders: Custom designs, engraved pieces, or special orders cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will gladly assist with size adjustments or minor modifications wherever possible.

2. Conditions

  • Jewellery must be inspected by our team to confirm it is in its original, undamaged state.
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by Malancha Jewellers will not be eligible for return or exchange.
